We took a little break from brewing to do some “Research and Development”,  on the North Fork of Long Island, where we visited the “Farm to Pint” hop farm. It was great to get up and close with all those delicious hops in their natural environment.

The day then led to the GreenPort Harbor brewery and to the Mustache Brewery as well, where we sampled some really solid beers from these 2 great local breweries.
